At DWBL Foods, we produce Alphonso Mango Pulp using ripe mangoes sourced from well-known growing regions such as Ratnagiri, Devgad, Sindhudurg and select belts of Karnataka. DWBL Foods Alphonso Mango Pulp is processed through a hygienic and controlled system that maintains the fruit’s natural quality. The pulp is extracted from the mango without the use of artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is then refined, sterilised and aseptically packed to ensure smooth texture, freshness and long shelf life.

Processing Method

Our process is designed to protect the natural qualities of the fruit:

  1. Selection of fully ripe Alphonso mangoes
  2. Multi-stage washing and sanitisation
  3. Destoning and pulp extraction using stainless-steel equipment
  4. Refining to achieve smooth, uniform consistency
  5. Thermal sterilisation for safety and stability
  6. Aseptic packaging in sterile bags placed inside drums

Every batch is tested for brix, acidity, colour and microbiological safety before packing.
