DWBL Foods IQF Mixed Vegetables typically include green peas, carrots, beans and sweet corn. Each ingredient is washed, trimmed, cut and IQF frozen separately before mixing. IQF technology ensures all vegetables remain free-flowing and non-sticky. We also offer custom blends based on customer requirements. No preservatives, colours or additives are used.

  1. Selection of fresh vegetables from reliable farms
  2. Individual processing: washing, cutting, blanching (as required)
  3. IQF freezing for each vegetable separately

  5. Blending in standard or custom ratios
  6. Metal detection and final inspection
  7. Packing in food-grade polybags and cartons

Each batch is tested for colour, cut size uniformity, texture and microbiological safety.
