DWBL Foods produces IQF Kesar Mango Slices and Dice using fully ripe fruits sourced from Gujarat’s well-known mango belts—Junagadh, Gir, Talala, Amreli and surrounding regions. These areas produce mangoes with distinct sweetness and vibrant colour, making them ideal for frozen fruit processing.

Product Overview

DWBL Foods processes Kesar mango into uniform slices and dice, followed by rapid Individual Quick Freezing (IQF). IQF ensures that each piece freezes separately, maintaining a free-flowing texture. For bulk or block freezing, our blast freezer is also used.
